You are welcome to test all functions of KENEXOS® for 14 days free of charge.
Simply register here for a free trial.
We will inform you of the end of the test period by e-mail. Your data will be stored for a further 2 months in accordance with our data protection regulations. This makes it possible to reactivate your account during this period. All data collected will then be deleted in accordance with the GDPR unless you opt for KENEXOS®.
KENEXOS® can be used with any standard web browser. For use on mobile devices, our app is available for Windows, iOS and Android in the corresponding app stores.
KENEXOS® can be used with Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge (Chromium) and Safari. Please ensure that you are using the latest version and regularly install the necessary security updates, also in your own interest.
Our KENEXOS® app supports Android from version 8, iOS from version 12 and Windows from version 10. Please also ensure that updates and security patches are installed regularly.
Even without an internet connection, you always have your projects available with our apps and can record defects, assign tasks and document further information. Offline capability and automatic synchronization ensure a smooth process.
Our prices start from 5 users. You can find an overview of functions and editions here. Please contact our sales department for a non-binding and individual offer. We calculate our prices individually according to your needs and number of users.
Our contractual partner is Amazon Web Services (AWS) GmbH in Frankfurt. All data is stored on servers within Germany and therefore processed in accordance with applicable German law.
AWS data centers are protected against both cyberattacks and physical access in a variety of ways. This includes the selection of the location, precisely controlled employee access to the entire infrastructure, monitoring of possible environmental influences such as water ingress, redundancies and state-of-the-art firewall concepts.
As soon as you have created your project in KENEXOS®, you can invite subcontractors to work on your project FREE OF CHARGE. Subcontractors can edit tickets, add images, enter comments and report back on completed work. You are also notified of new tickets and can view attached files and plans and are therefore immediately informed about the location of tickets.
KENEXOS® has a simple and intuitive structure and can therefore be operated quickly without any previous technical knowledge, even without training. Would you still like to have your team trained? We are happy to offer you online instructions for this.
KENEXOS® offers a comprehensive API interface, which makes it possible to integrate KENEXOS® into your existing IT service landscape. Naturally encrypted and authorization-controlled.
